At Fidmat24 Tech Market, we work with a network of trusted global fulfilment partners to deliver curated technology accessories efficiently and securely. This policy explains how your orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered, alongside your rights and our responsibilities throughout the journey.
Important: This policy does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights that apply in the United Kingdom or your country of residence. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and all other applicable consumer protection legislation remain fully in effect.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Processing covers payment verification, fraud screening, order picking, quality inspection, secure packaging, labelling, and handover to our fulfilment carrier.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public (bank) holidays. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information normally within 24–48 hours of your order being shipped.
2. Shipping, Delivery Times, and Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is applied automatically to all orders. No minimum order value applies and no discount code is required. Free shipping applies to all destinations listed in the table below.
Pricing and Tax
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes for UK customers. Fidmat24 Tech Market is not currently VAT registered; accordingly, no VAT is charged on UK orders. International customers may be subject to local import taxes and duties — see Section 5.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch are shown below. All timeframes refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times commence from the date of dispatch, not the date your order is placed.

Note on express shipping: Express options, where available, are offered at an additional cost shown at checkout. If express is not displayed for your order, standard free shipping applies automatically.
Delivery may be extended due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak retail periods, or international border restrictions. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
Your legal rights: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, unless a longer delivery period has been expressly agreed with you, we are required to deliver goods within 30 days of the contract being formed. If we fail to meet this obligation, you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
3. Shipment Tracking
All orders include full tracking as standard. Your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
Please allow up to 72 hours from your dispatch notification for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system. If you have not received tracking information after this period, please contact us at info@fidmat24.com.
You can also track your order directly at 17track.net using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
4. Multi-Item and Split Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately from different fulfilment locations. In this case:
- Each shipment will have its own tracking number, sent to you by email.
- No additional shipping charges will be applied for split deliveries.
- Delivery timeframes for each shipment may differ slightly depending on the dispatch location.
5. International Shipping and Customs
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes (including local VAT), customs fees, or other charges levied by your country's authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your local customs office or tax authority before placing an international order.
If an international shipment is refused at customs, returned to us, or destroyed by customs authorities due to unpaid charges or import restrictions:
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping fees or customs penalties charged to us may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
- If the parcel is destroyed by customs authorities, no refund may be available.
By placing an international order, you confirm that you have verified the product can be legally imported into your country and that you accept responsibility for all applicable import charges.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable delivery address at checkout. A valid delivery address must include:
- Full street address, including flat, apartment, or unit number where applicable
- City and county or region
- Correct postcode or postal code
- Country
- Recipient name and contact phone number where required by the carrier
We are unable to accept responsibility for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses, including typographical errors or unsupported PO Boxes.
Important: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the shipment to a different address. If a parcel is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges will apply if you request resending, and original shipping costs may not be refunded.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If you experience any of the following, contact us as soon as possible at info@fidmat24.com:
- Damaged or defective item — please include clear photographs of the item and packaging when contacting us.
- Incomplete or incorrect order — notify us with your order number and details of the missing or incorrect item.
- Order not arrived — contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window.
We recommend raising lost parcel concerns within 60 days of dispatch to enable timely carrier investigation. This timeframe is operationally recommended and does not limit or affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Risk of Loss and Delivery Responsibility
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with Fidmat24 Tech Market until the goods are delivered into your physical possession or that of an authorised recipient on your behalf (such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour you have designated).
Delivery is considered complete when the goods are physically received. If your tracking confirms delivery but you have not received the parcel, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund.
9. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- Customs inspections, delays, or border restrictions
- Carrier operational disruptions or system failures
- Strikes, industrial action, or labour disputes
- Public health emergencies or government-mandated actions
- Peak retail periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, January sales)
In such circumstances, we will work with our logistics partners to minimise delays and update you as soon as reasonably possible. Where a delay extends beyond 30 days from dispatch, your statutory rights to seek a remedy will apply.
10. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits, excludes, or waives any statutory rights you hold under applicable consumer protection legislation, including but not limited to:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
- Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008
